Save restaurants from TikTok without retyping them into Google Maps
Google Maps lists are great for places you already found on Google Maps. The trouble starts when the place came from a TikTok: you pause the video, read the name off the screen, search for it, pick the right branch, save it, and lose the video you found it in.
Share the TikTok or Reel to BiteVault and choose Place. It finds the venue from the tagged location and the caption, checks it against Google, and pins it on your own map with opening hours and directions. The video stays linked to the pin, so you remember why you saved it.

Check the pin. The venue is checked against Google before it lands. A chain shows a picker so you get the right branch, and anything it cannot verify waits for your review.
Open the map when you are nearby. Saves sort themselves by city. Filter to what is open now, or to the places you have not tried yet.
You find places on Google Maps itself. Saving from there is one tap, and a list can hold up to 3,000 places.
You plan with a group. Google Maps lists can have several editors. A BiteVault Collection is shared as a read-only link, and a shared Vault is for a partner or household.

Does it replace Google Maps?
No. BiteVault is where you keep the places you want to try. When you head out, tap Navigate and it opens the directions in Google Maps.
Can I bring my Google Maps lists over?
One place at a time. Share a place from Google Maps to BiteVault and it is pinned the same way. There is no bulk import of a whole list yet.
